Gif Play back stalls

- user has disabled gif autoplay in user feed settings- user purposefully selects a gif to play from the feed (gif stored off site at gfycat)- play back of gif will start but then stall after a few seconds- must direct click gif link to playback- once gif has been cached, play back in feed post is normal- toggling autoplay setting also corrects stalled behaviorPossible bug - autoplay setting blocks gif stream retreval via /r/bugs https://ift.tt/2YEWvTo
