I’m think being cyber stalked and I’m not sure what I can do. [Canada]

I met a guy, let’s call him Andrew, on tinder three years ago. We hung out once, I didn’t feel a connection and let him know I wasn’t interested in pursuing a further relationship and stopped talking to him. He continued to message me on Snapchat, Facebook messenger, and IMessage . I proceeded to block him on all after he began to send me very sexual messages that were just completely inappropriate.I got a new phone a few months later but same number. I didn’t post anywhere I had received a new phone but I started to get messages that matched the area code of where Andrew was from but when I asked who the ‘mystery’ texter was, they wouldn’t answer, just played coy saying it was ‘someone special who thought a lot of you’. I blocked the number and let it at that.A few weeks ago, I got a text from an unknown number that was flirty and made me uncomfortable. I was out with my long term boyfriend and he suggested I block the number which I did however the final text I got gave a very identifying characteristic that Andrew himself talked about the one time we hung out and I knew then that it was him. So at this point he still had my number, and despite changing his he kept mine and was still trying to contact me.I have Andrew blocked in all social media, everyone with a similar name just in case it’s an alternate account. And recently I’ve been gaining a larger following on Instagram and YouTube so my socials are fairly public. I don’t want Andrew posting those inappropriate comments on my posts or videos.As recently as tonight he made a new Instagram and posted an edit on the account of two of us professionally photoshopped in a marriage ceremony. I reported it to Instagram and am waiting for it to be removed. I blocked the account and have had several followers DM me about whether or not I was cheating on my BF with this random guy (Andrew).Is this considered Cyber Stalking?
