Qualifications

*College Degree preferred - High School Diploma / GED accepted

*4+ years of home cleaning experience -OR-

2+ years of team management experience

*Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time

*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

*Works well as part of a team

*Be comfortable leading a team of up to six

*Positive attitude and great customer service interaction skills

*Strong work ethic and desire to impress

Responsibilities

*Exemplify Homebird’s professional and timely reputation by managing a team of specialists to deliver high quality cleaning services as per your training and Homebird’s best practices.

*Understand the balance of being a leader as well as being a team player.

*Knowledge of our products and the services we provide.

*Create and maintain an uplifting and inspiring work environment.

*Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation to and from central office.

*Be expected to work 45-50 hours per week

*With the understanding that every client is unique, your ability to satisfy their individual needs while adhering to Homebird’s standards is paramount.
