Newest update broke gif scrubbing

The newest update seems to have broken gif scrubbing, for me anyway. Swiping backwards jumps back a little, but I can no longer scrub to the start of a gif in a single swipe. Multiple swipes can usually get me back to the start, but it's definitely not ideal.Ninja edit: Just checked again and it looks like it only affects reverse scrubbing. Forward works fine and if I swipe forward and then backwards without lifting my finger, the reverse scrub works fine.
