My pugs are sick and I can’t find a solution. Please help.

I have two pugs a 2year old female and a 4 year old male. I have had zero health problems with them up until a month ago. It started with these weird breathing attacks(I will link a video in the comments.) the female was the first to have them. She was having these breathing attacks and then began to throw up multiple times. We took her to an emergency care and they said she had pneumonia. We separated them for two weeks while she took antibiotics. She seemed to get better but now they are both still having these attacks and throwing up/ having a hard time keeping food down. I have seen 3 different vets at this point and the only other diagnoses I have heard is gastritis. No medication is helping and I am looking for any solution at this point. Some things to note that might help.-we moved into a new 1 bedroom apartment roughly a month before this began to happen.-we have a kitten that we have had for almost 3 months now that is new to the family-they have had health check ups and vet visits prior to this and had nothing but great resultsPlease if anyone has had anything similar with their dog please let me know.
