Car towed at home. Inconclusive, assumptive photo evidence. Should I fight it?

I'm from Houston, Texas. My car got towed at my apartment complex one night because it was allegedly "taking up two parking spaces." If I am being 100% transparent with y'all, I do not remember nor checked if my car or tires were upon or crossing the painted white parking dividers. If it was on or over the line, it was barely. Parking is free and not designated at the complex. I'm never a jerk at parking. I often look back to see how I parked my car to critique myself or be a little proud if it was perfectly center and parallel to the lines. But I definitely was not taking up two parking spaces intentionally like the people you see in memes. I was hugging the right side of the parking space to avoid being too close to another truck that was parked too close, so it wouldn't hit its door on me. I promise thats why I was parked like that.I disputed and explained this to the leasing office manager, but she said the photo evidence she got from the towing agency (which I have attached) "clearly" shows me double parked. Alas, the truck that made me park that way was not there in the photo. The parking looks worse without that truck/context. But... the only picture they show me is taken at a strange angle. It does not show my car nor tires visibly over the line. In fact it emphasizes the space left in the parking spot, encouraging the assumption that car is double parked. You would think anyone, in order to get conclusive evidence, would take a picture from an angle that shows the side of the car, tires crossing the line. Instead, the picture is from the opposite side. It seemed deceptive. To prove my point, I made my friend park his car the same exact way, leaving the same amount of space. And he was comfortably within the lines. To rule out size of car in my recreation of the scene, when I reach home I'm going to park my same car. I willshare a video with y'all showing how that much space can be left yet still not be on the lines or over it. This is also the video I intend to use as evidence to prove the ambiguity. The total expenses were $300, that are now paid, for towing and storage even though I retrieved it under 12 hours of being towed. My receipt says the reason for towing was unauthorized. Which matches the ambiguity of their photos, you feel. It's not about the money. I will pay if I truly make a mistake. But what I don't like is feeling like a victim of aggressive and predatory towing, which Houston is known for, that too over something inconclusive. And it's not the first time I've had this experience at this apartment complex. A few years ago, long story short, I got my car back all expenses dropped from the towing facility, because the manager admitted she wrongfully authorized its towing. I used to drive a clunker that someone could assume was inoperable. But it wasn't. I was unemployed back then and drove it maybe 1-2 times a week. The manager admitted after a lot of argument that she towed it because of the assumption that old car = inoperable or abandoned. But not until she tried to defend the towing in various ways. But you could tell that this time she was no way going to give in no matter what I or the evidence said.A family member told me to forget it and that money is nothing and not worth the stress/energy. It's true. It won't hurt me too much losing $300. But it disturbs me to lose money to people who make it in such unethical and heinous ways. I feel I have a strong case because of the ambiguity of their photos. I tried contacting the towing company for more photos but have gotten voicemailed, call forwarded 8 times. The one time someone picked up he said he would SMS me the pictures after a bit. And has disappeared again.I already have a detailed written explanation of my case to submit online ($36 filing fees) but will wait a day or two to think all this over as its very fresh. I'm highly unlikely to hire an attorney as from what I gather this is small claims and you could present yourselfAny comments and advice hugely appreciated https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/comments/ehuxb2/car_towed_at_home_inconclusive_assumptive_photo/?utm_source=ifttt
